Title Apology for the Delay of Shipment

We apologize delay of shipments. We have an issue with worldwide order.

Accepted orders too over.

It's made problem like delaying shipment and couldn't update a new items because the dolls are makes by one artist.


We understandig this situations and trying to clear this issue.

Have a hard working together and will make shipment until late September.


*Notice updated in September 4 at website and we will give a gift points for all owner (for issue order) after September 14 .  

*Will update a lots new items util September 14. (can use to order by gift points).  

*Add the new rule of shipment ' The produce date will util 3 month, if the produce date delay,

we refund $100 to owner. '

*Still have a inconvenience by communication at website but owner will have a  answer in a week.  

Bambola World was established 10 years ago and encountering difficult issues in the first time.

We are going to put this issue right.

We are very sorry and

hope to makes owners heart comfortably by our solutions.
